Boat Shows and The Summer Issue

It's been a very busy month around here, and it's not even a week in.

We just returned from exhibiting at the BCYBA In-Water Boat Show, which was held in Victoria, BC's inner harbour last week. The show was very busy - to the point we actually ran out of magazines. Talk about a vibrant boating community! But that's understandable when you get out on the water there. It really is boating heaven.

As soon as we returned, we finished proofing the last few pages of our Summer 2010 issue, which is now on its way to the printer and should be on newsstands soon. This is a great issue, with no less than nine complete boat reviews, an extensive look at what's new in marine power for 2010, a look at new towables and a whole lot more.

I wish we could take a few days off to rest up, but we're right back into the thick of it, mainly arranging boat tests on the new 2011 product. The first production boats will start rolling out in the next few weeks, so we need to finish making arrangements for our next round of reviews. If there's a particular make or model you would like to see us drive, please let us know and we'll do our best to get to it.
